No, this is not a feature available as a part of the <a href="https://github.com/onomondo/nrf-softsim" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><code>nrf-softsim</code></a> samples. 

This feature could be developed by reversing the SoftSIM profile provisioning onto the SoftSIM filesystem region of flash. 

No, this is not a feature available as a part of the nrf-softsim samples.
