Environment

  • Onomondo app: Network Logs

  • Device: applicable to all

Issue

  • The SIM is not functioning as expected.

  • There are Network Logs and the device attached a data connection (2G/3G/4G/NB-IoT), but I am not receiving any data.

  • There are no corresponding usage records for the ongoing data session.

  • Data sessions end with zero bytes sent.

Solution

If you are experiencing this issue, please reach out to [email protected] with the following information:

  1. Device Logs: Share any available logs from the device.

  2. Connection Logic: Provide details about how you have set up the connection (including configurations).

  3. Network Logs: Include any relevant network logs showing sessions with our Packet Gateway.

These issues can arise from various factors, such as configuration errors, local operator issues, server firewall settings, etc. To assist you effectively, our Support Team needs more context regarding your device setup and network configuration.
