Question

Why is my device receiving packets when it is offline/deactivated?

Answer

The most common reason is an OpenVPN connection is still trying to communicate with it. Check the user page under the VPN IP column to see which user is linked to the IP address.

Cause

OpenVPN Service does not know when a SIM is online/offline or activated/deactivated. OpenVPN connection access are only linked to user profiles and the specific access setup.
