There is something wrong with my mTLS certificate. Why none of the SIMs are able to connect to our API?

Check certificates on both Onomondo's side and your backend.

Go to <a href="https://app.onomondo.com/connectors" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Connectors</a> in the Onomondo app.

Click "Edit" on the TLS connector in question.

Note when was the certificate last updated.

Check whether the the certificate was renewed on your backend since then.

If that is the case, copy-paste the new certificate into the Connector settings.

1. Go to <a href="https://app.onomondo.com/connectors" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Connectors</a> in the Onomondo app.
2. Click "Edit" on the TLS connector in question.
3. Note when was the certificate last updated.
4. Check whether the the certificate was renewed on your backend since then.
5. If that is the case, copy-paste the new certificate into the Connector settings.
6. Re-test connection.
