I cannot find MTN Zambia (645 02) in the Network Marketplace?
Why has MTN Zambia been removed from the coverage page?
Answer
MTN Zambia has been blocking roaming SIMs from accessing its network over the past year. The operator has not engaged in resolving this situation.
As a result, MTN Zambia is considered non-operational for Onomondo SIMs, even though the operator continues to provide services locally in Zambia.
Use alternative networks in Zambia instead of MTN Zambia (645 02).
Update your device’s network list to include other available Zambian operators.
Ensure automatic network selection is enabled, or manually select a supported network.
Refer to the Onomondo Coverage Page for currently supported networks in Zambia.
If your devices are configured to only connect to MTN Zambia (645 02), update the configuration to allow other available networks.
