Reach out to your dedicated CSM at Onomondo to acquire SoftSIM profiles.

Users cannot create new SoftSIM profiles directly in the Onomondo app / API. Just like with a regular SIM, you have to place an order with Onomondo first. We will assign profiles to your account and you can fetch them afterwards using the <a href="https://help.onomondo.com/en/articles/209636-softsim-cli-tool-for-provisioning-softsim">SoftSIM CLI tool</a>.
