  • Can I get a public static IP address?

  • Is the VPN IP address static for the assigned user account?

Answer

The VPN IP address for each user is static and private.

Cause

For security reasons, we use VPN access to static and private IP addresses using OpenVPN.

Most customers may require access to their devices and may have previously used static IP addresses. As security is of utmost importance to us, we do not use public IP addresses for any of our sims. However, you can still access them through a VPN while ensuring that the IP addresses remain private.
​

The SIM IP address remain the same throughout the life cycle of the SIM. This means, no matter what network you connect to, you can access the SIM directly through the VPN using the same IP address.
