Are all Onomondo SIMs ping-able throughout the entire platform among all users?Only you can ping your SIMs, as long as you have VPN access.
When I try to enable myself for OpenVPN I get a 403 errorCurrent User Access only allows you to edit users with lower access then yourself. Have someone with higher access enable it.
Can I get a public static IP address?For security reasons, the VPN IP address for each user is static and private.
Is VPN traffic routed via Connectors?No, OpenVPN connections are not routed via Connector on the SIM.
One gateway is being given the same IP as the gateway of another deviceThe only IP that is provided by Onomondo's Core is related to the IP assigned of the SIM, which is unique. Check router configuration.
Does Onomondo's VPN server have a pre-set connection timeout?There is no server-enforced timeout. However, OpenVPN performs a soft reset and generates new encryption keys once every 60 minutes.
