What are "Active SIMs" on the dashboard?

"Active SIMs" indicator refers to SIMs that have been activated last month.

Environment

  • Onomondo app: Dashboard

Question

  • What are "Active SIMs" on the dashboard?

  • Why does the number display "0" if I have activated SIMs?

Solution

  • Total number of SIMs - total fleet, regardless of whether they are online/offline, activated/deactivated.

  • Active SIMs - SIM that were activated (toggled on) last month, regardless if they came online.

  • SIMs transferring data - SIMs that have come online at least once last month.
