Total number of SIMs - total fleet, regardless of whether they are online/offline, activated/deactivated.

Active SIMs - SIM that were activated (toggled on) last month, regardless if they came online.

SIMs transferring data - SIMs that have come online at least once last month.

"Active SIMs" indicator refers to SIMs that have been activated last month.
