Question

  • Will I get invoiced a tech fee for all the SIMs I just received this month?

  • The SIM cards were already activated when I received them. Does the tech fee apply from the moment I receive them?

If you are a Pro / Fleet / Enterprise customer, the tech fee will only be applied after 2 months from the subscription start date.
