Why was I charged a Tech Fee for more SIMs than those that transferred data on my Pro account?Tech Fee is based on the number of SIMs activated in the month, not the number that transferred data.

Can I order an eSIM (eUICC) from Onomondo?No, Onomondo does not offer eSIM (eUICC) solutions at the moment. We are looking into introducing this option in the future.
What is the the HS code and country of origin of the SIM cards?The code - HS 85235200; country of origin - France.
Have you sent the SIM cards already?You will receive a tracking link as soon as the SIMs are dispatched. Processing orders can take up to 3 business days.
Can I add a third-party SIM to the Onomondo app?No. You cannot add non-Onomondo SIMs to the app.
I received my SIM cards but I cannot find them in the appSearch for SIM IDs directly in the SIMs tab. If not found - contact your CSM at Onomondo or our Support Team.

What subscription options are offered by Onomondo?We offer flexible pricing for IoT SIM and cellular data plans for device testing and deployment with our connectivity platform.
What is the price per MB?Pricing starts at €0.003/MB, but varies across network operators and may depend on the usage volume.

Will I get notified about any network price changes?Yes. Users are notified both via email and in-app notification.
Will I get invoiced a tech fee for all the SIMs I just received this month?If you are a Pro / Fleet / Enterprise customer, the tech fee will only be applied after 2 months from the subscription start date.
Will the access fee get charged twice if a SIM attaches to two different networks belonging to the same operator?No. The access fee is only charged once per SIM per network per month. Additional networks and main networks are considered as one network.
