- How do I order more SIMs?Send an email to [email protected].
- How much does shipping cost?Shipping fees are variable and depend on the destination.
- Can I order an eSIM (eUICC) from Onomondo?No, Onomondo does not offer eSIM (eUICC) solutions at the moment. We are looking into introducing this option in the future.
- What is the the HS code and country of origin of the SIM cards?The code - HS 85235200; country of origin - France.
- What is the status of my SIM order?You will receive a tracking link as soon as the SIMs are dispatched. Processing orders can take up to 3 business days.
- Can I add a third-party SIM to the Onomondo app?No. You cannot add non-Onomondo SIMs to the app.
- I received my SIM cards but I cannot find them in the appSearch for SIM IDs directly in the SIMs tab. If not found - contact your CSM at Onomondo or our Support Team.

- Who can I contact about my invoices and billing?Please send an email to [email protected]. Our Finance Team will be happy to assist you.
- Where can I find my invoices?Invoices can be viewed in the Invoice Overview.
- How do I update billing information and payment method?Use the account management link on the last invoice page to update your billing info.
- How to set up automatic payments?Save credit card or bank details for future purchases directly in the payment gateway.
- What are access fees?Some network operators charge for network access. Those fees are applied to every roaming device that attaches to the network.
- How to interpret the line items on my invoice?See an overview of definitions here.

- What subscription options are offered by Onomondo?We offer flexible pricing for IoT SIM and cellular data plans for device testing and deployment with our connectivity platform.
- What is the price per MB?Pricing starts at €0.003/MB, but varies across network operators and may depend on the usage volume.
- How can I contact Onomondo Sales?Reach out via the contact form on the Onomondo website, or simply send an email to [email protected].
- Will I get notified about any network price changes?Yes. Users are notified both via email and in-app notification.
- Will I get invoiced a tech fee for all the SIMs I just received this month?If you are a Pro / Fleet / Enterprise customer, the tech fee will only be applied after 2 months from the subscription start date.
- Will the access fee get charged twice if a SIM attaches to two different networks belonging to the same operator?No. The access fee is only charged once per SIM per network per month. Additional networks and main networks are considered as one network.
- I want to update my Onomondo subscription.Reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager.
- How much does SMS cost?SMS cost starts at €0.005. Charges vary among operators.
- Is there a monthly or periodic fee per SIM?Yes, a tech fee may apply per SIM, depending on your commercial agreement.
