Answer

Yes. In case of any network pricing changes:

  • All account owners and admins get an email at least 15 days in advance.

  • All users are notified via a pop-up in the Onomondo app.

  • We strive to send these notifications as early as possible to allow for any Network List adjustments well in time.

It's up to you whether you want to adjust your Network Lists based on these changes. Consider removing expensive networks from your Lists to avoid extra costs.
