Current User Access only allows you to edit users with lower access then yourself. Have someone with higher access enable it.

Environment

  • Onomondo App: User Access

  • Members: All user levels

Issue

  • When I try to enable myself for OpenVPN I get a 403 error. Should I be able to enable OpenVPN?

Solution

  • Users cannot edit their own access.

  • Users can only edit user types lower than themselves.

  • Ask someone with higher access then yourself to enable OpenVPN on your user.

Are you an Owner? Currently you need to request Onomondo to make changes of Owner Level Access

Cause

There are three different access levels:

  1. Owner

  2. Admin

  3. Member with Tags

Currently by design each level of user access can only edit a lower level of user access.
