Answer
The "Came online" counter shows the time passed since the device has last come online.
The "Came online" counter displays the difference between the "Last came online at" property on the SIM and current time (UTC), fx.

“2d”.
"Last came online at" on the SIM is a direct timestamp (UTC). This corresponds directly to the last "Attached data connection" event in the Network Logs, fx.
"2025-11-22 15:11:41 UTC"
If the device has never been online:
the "Came online" counter will display: "-",
the "Last came online at" will display: "n/a".
