Answer

Update the name using the account management link included in the invoice PDF.

  1. Open the invoice (PDF).

  2. Go to the last page.

  3. Find the line:
    ​Need to update your billing info or payment method? Click here to manage your account and view invoice history:

  4. Open the link.

  5. Update your billing information and save your changes.

Note: Any updates to your billing information will only apply to future invoices. Previously issued invoices will not be affected.
