Use the account management link on the last invoice page to update your billing info.

Answer

Use the account management link included in the invoice PDF. In one place, you are able to update:

  • Your company name

  • Your billing address

  • The payment method

Steps:

  1. Open the invoice (PDF).

  2. Go to the last page.

  3. Find the line:
    Need to update your billing info or payment method? Click here to manage your account and view invoice history.

  4. Open the link.

  5. Enter your email address. We will send you a link directly to your customer portal.

  6. Update your billing information and save your changes.

Contact the Onomondo Billing Team by sending an email to [email protected]

Note: Any updates to your billing information will only apply to future invoices. Previously issued invoices will not be affected.
