How do I update billing information for my company?

Use the account management link on the last invoice page to update your billing info

Question

  • Is it possible to change the name on the invoices?

  • Where can I change the name on my invoices?

Answer

Use the account management link included in the invoice PDF. In one place, you are able to update:

  • Your company name

  • Your billing address

  • The payment method

Steps:

  1. Open the invoice (PDF).

  2. Go to the last page.

  3. Find the line:
    ​Need to update your billing info or payment method? Click here to manage your account and view invoice history.

  4. Open the link.

  5. Update your billing information and save your changes.

If you encounter an error while accessing the link:
Contact the Onomondo Billing Team by following these steps:

  1. Enter your email address.

  2. Follow the link sent to your inbox to proceed with your request.

Note: Any updates to your billing information will only apply to future invoices. Previously issued invoices will not be affected.
