Search for SIM IDs directly in the SIMs tab. If not found - contact your CSM at Onomondo or our Support Team.

Issue

  • I received my SIM cards but I cannot find them in the app.

  • I cannot find my SIM cards.

  • I ordered SIM cards more than 3 days ago and they are still not visible in the app.

Solution

  1. Search for SIM IDs directly in the SIMs tab.

  2. If not found - contact your Customer Success Manager or [email protected].
