- Can I order an eSIM (eUICC) from Onomondo?No, Onomondo does not offer eSIM (eUICC) solutions at the moment. We are looking into introducing this option in the future.
- What is the the HS code and country of origin of the SIM cards?The code - HS 85235200; country of origin - France.
- What is the status of my SIM order?You will receive a tracking link as soon as the SIMs are dispatched. Processing orders can take up to 3 business days.
- Can I add a third-party SIM to the Onomondo app?No. You cannot add non-Onomondo SIMs to the app.
- I received my SIM cards but I cannot find them in the appSearch for SIM IDs directly in the SIMs tab. If not found - contact your CSM at Onomondo or our Support Team.
