How do I set up a SIM?Set the APN to: onomondo and test your connection.

What is the correct APN?The correct APN is: onomondo.
Is it possible to set a custom APN?No, the APN always has to be set to: onomondo.
Can I leave the APN blank?Yes you can, but your device might not be able to access the Internet. Set the APN to: onomondo to avoid issues.
Where do I find the PIN / PUK code for my SIM?Our SIMs do not require PIN / PUK codes.

What IPs are the outgoing data from SIMs?The most up to date IP ranges for SIMs can be found on the Onomondo Documentation page.
How long are data sessions kept open on the Onomondo network?Onomondo keeps sessions open for 48 hours. The operator, however, can set a different timeout.
How is Onomondo's DNS IP retrieved by the module?The Packet Data Network Gateway (PGW) assigns DNS server IPs during tunnel creation and sends them to your device via signaling messages.
Does the SIM card / network blacklist some IPs?No, Onomondo SIM cards and network don't blacklist specific IPs.
